• This property has a Garage Studio Apartment separated completely from the Main House by a 6ft fence. We usually rent it out to traveling medical professionals who are background checked and verified. If occupied during your stay, we will let you know. The Main House has FULL USE of the driveway. Garage Studio is STREET PARKING ONLY.



• No 3rd party bookings - meaning you must be the one entering/staying on the property the entire time.



• This home has not been designed for young children. There are lots of small art pieces and breakables. Not all furniture is anchored to the wall, and there are no Pack 'n Plays.  We leave the decision to bring children up to our guests. By staying at Woodward Place, you accept all risk and responsibility associated with having children/pets on the property. Please make sure everyone is safe and secure at all times.
