Welcome to The Pearl Unit B, a stylish second-floor getaway tucked in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine—just 1.5 miles from the city’s historic district and only a 5-minute drive from Vilano Beach. Enjoy being steps from local coffee shops and restaurants, with the Old Town Trolley stop nearby for easy sightseeing. Whether you’re here to wander cobblestone streets, enjoy coastal breezes, or experience the magical Nights of Lights festival, The Pearl places you perfectly between city and sea.
The Space:
Inside, natural light fills a cozy living room where a plush couch and smart TV invite you to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The modern eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for four, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or morning coffee before heading out. A thoughtfully designed bedroom offers both comfort and convenience, featuring a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. Step outside onto your private upstairs porch, furnished with comfortable seating—the perfect spot for a quiet cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine under the St. Augustine sky. With its blend of comfort, charm, and unbeatable location, The Pearl Unit B makes every stay feel like a local’s escape.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Please park in driveway to the right of property labeled unit B. There is street parking available on a first come first served and at your own risk.
• This home and its’ sister unit, The Pearl Unit A, are part of a composite unit, you may see other guests coming and going on the property during your stay. The combined unit, The Pearl, is available to rent separately, larger parties are encouraged to rent the combine unit.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch,
o (2) located at and actively monitoring the backyard.
• Long-term stays allowed.
