The property was clean and had plenty of things to do . I had a large group and there was plenty of of space for us all … would stay again

A really great spot. Perfect for big groups. Lots of amenities. The property management company responded very quickly when we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time! The view is amazing!! The screening room was definitely one of the biggest hits especially amongst all the kids. The communication from management company was great! There are some minor issues that weren't huge deal but perhaps the owners can check into: 1 the moat- as someone mentioned before, it was full of brown water which was not attractive, 2 there should have been some sort of Tupperware, plastic ziplocks or plastic wrap at the least to wrap up left over foods with, 3. the pool was also a lot smaller than I thought from the picture but it was perfect for the kids, 4. the dishwasher was not the greatest and left residue each time we used it even though I would actually clean the dishes prior to putting them into the dishwasher. Despite the minor inconveniences, we had the most fabulous time! It was almost like a fairy tale, all the kids did not want to leave it, they kept saying I want to stay here forever, can we always stay here and some of them just refused to leave. It was really magical!

Kids refusing to leave and asking to stay forever, that's the fairy tale ending every host dreams of! The screening room clearly cast its spell. Thank you for the practical notes too. The Prop Mgr was great. What I have to say is that we were disappointed with the landscaping and cleanliness of the front part of the house. The motes were filled with black water and debris, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I asked that it be cleaned before the guests arrived and they did do that. The area past the metal gate where the pool is really needs some TLC, there are a few plants and they look like they are dying. Also the front door needs to be replaced or at least painted, the paint is all chipped off, it really looks terrible.
