The location was perfect, very close to everything. My family and I had a blast in the game room. The rooms were very clean. The home was big, but there is a lot of stairs so be prepared. The restrooms were clean although the shower curtains need to be changed. Overall, it was a great experience and very clean.

I rented this beautiful place for my birthday celebration, my family came down to celebrate with me and they really loved this 3 story home. The host was very accommodating and responded to all my needs. After my visit I let the owner know about a few minor issues but other than that I will most definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much for allowing me and my family to visit your beautiful home.

The house was very clean and in a good location. It was a 5 mile drive to downtown and the house is a short walk away from the Houston farmers market, some restaurants, and a bakery. We were able to check in early and communication with the owner was good.

Our host responded immediately to our needs. The home had plenty of room for our family this week. It is hard to find a home with enough bathrooms. It makes a difference having enough sleeping and bathrooms for our large family. Home was very clean and the beds super soft as well. Made for a great week!!

The property was nice overall, and I wanted to share some friendly feedback that may help make the experience even better for future guests. As both a fellow rental owner and a traveler/guest, I know how much cleanliness and the small details can make a difference.After traveling, it was disappointing to spend my first night washing the bed covers and pillow covers because they were visibly dirty and did not smell clean. The extra bedding in the closet also appeared to need washing.The garage was quite dirty as well. While I completely understand it’s a garage, cosmetically it creates a less welcoming first impression when arriving. The dishes were clean, but they were simply placed into the lower cabinets without much organization. Again, this is mostly cosmetic, but a little organization would make the kitchen feel much more cared for.I’m sharing this as constructive feedback because the property itself is nice and has a lot to offer. With a little more quality control from the cleaning crew, especially with the bedding, I think it could provide an even more comfortable and welcoming experience for guests.

Weekend with friends

Very spacious and comfortable condo with a lot of nice amenities. Gated property with two car garage with two additional parking spaces as well. Great for a family or group stay, very clean and well maintained property.

Very Nice Stay

Three place was as described. Jinan was extremely hospitable and accommodating. We had an issue with a smoke detector and she handled it beautifully and promptly. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time on vacation. Five stars 🌠

Convenient location

The location of this rental was perfect for us to attend events both in downtown Houston as well as The Woodlands. The parking is tight, as expected in the area, but the host gave great instructions to help make it easy. The home itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. My only wish is that a few more kitchen/bath towels and utensils were provided. Otherwise, this rental was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed. Bonus, it was walking distance to the Houston Farmers Market for a great selection of produce, as well as several restaurants and convenience stores.

Extremely accommodating! Had everything we needed for a stay and even more than expected

I loved everything!!! Jinan was great. With my flight times , I needed to checkin extremely early and check out late and Jinan was very understanding and even accommodated the times free for me since it was my birthday which I loved lol. The house was perfect for me and friends. Very spacious and clean and the master bathroom was amazing. Check in was smooth and the location was perfect. Everything was within 10 mins of us. Any questions I had Jinan responded quickly and was so nice and sweet. I definitely recommend , 10 out of 10!!!!!

Amazing Stay!

The condo was awesome! It’s brand new on the inside, and the furniture and decor is lovely. The host is very thoughtful and had extra toiletries, coffee & tea, tons of silverware and plates, and she made it feel at home. The place was pristinely clean and had everything well labeled. We fit 7 people comfortably, and the bed rooms were big and comfy. The game room on the top floor was awesome, and there’s a desk up there to work from home. That room has a comfy pullout couch as well as a television with all the streaming services. The condo has easy access to the highway, and an entrance gate for safety.

Saad our host was available right away as you texted him. Immediately responded. Property was very clean and as advertised. Very convenient location if you want to go on and about Houston proper. Highly recommend for a large family, we were 6.

The property owners were very commutative throughout the process and the house is in a prime location. I highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Houston. Me and my family will definitely use this place again.

The host was great, but some walls were dirty and the frying pan was worn out and couldn’t be cleaned. Also the foam mattresses were too squishy. The gate squeaks every time someone comes and goes waking people up.It had enough room for my family. It served it’s purpose.
