The space
Upon arrival, one of our hosts will personally greet you between 3pm and 6pm to welcome you and give you the keys.
If your arrival is after 6:00 pm, we will email you the lockbox code on the same day of your check-in (at 3:00 pm), so you can easily access the apartment.

Please send us the full names and identification numbers of all guests before your arrival to ensure a smooth and smooth registration.

Check-In
• Foreigners: They must present a passport with an entry stamp to the current country.
• Colombianos: they must present their Cédula de Ciudadanía.
• Travel with minors: If the minor is not accompanied by one of their parents, the responsible adult must present:
• ID of the minor (RC or IT).
• Notarized letter of authorization from one of the parents, indicating the exact dates of the stay.

All documents must be presented physically.
