Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath close to beach plenty of restaurants convention center!

Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath Condo located 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach on a quiet street. The unit is setup to accommodate families of 8 or less with 6 or less adults. Booking is restricted to those 27 and older. During the summer rental season minimum stays of 3 or 4 nights is usually required. The unit has a garage below the unit with parking available for up to 3 cars off street parking. Condo is located in the center of it all, a short walk to the convention center, beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, bus station, ect...

Unit is equipped with a full kitchen with all modern appliances, gas range, coffee maker, dishwasher, and pots/pans/dishes/utensils for 8 or more people. Dining area table has seating for eight people.

The unit has sleeping accommodations for up to eight people as follows:

Master bedroom has a new pillow top queen size bed and new bed frame.

2nd Bedroom has a new pillow top Queen size bed

3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, a twin size bed and a rollaway bed

Living room has a pull out couch with a queen size bed.

Unit has a large flat screen HD plasma Smart TV in the living room area, a Smart TV in the 3rd Bdrm and a smaller wall mounted one in the master bedroom. Some of the other amenities are, Wi-Fi, washer/drier, CAC, covered deck area with a patio set, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and games.

Excellent Vacation Condo for 7 People!

Loved it! Garage and driveway parking right next to stairs made unloading and loading very easy, and having easy access to the cars was great. The condo is spacious, very clean, and quiet. It is decorated tastefully and is laid out well. There is a lot of storage space and a lot of supplies for cleaning, going to the beach, and eating/drinking. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk, beach, stores, and restaurants/bars. We had four adults and three children, ages 13, 12, and 6. The kids shared the bedroom with three beds and they were totally comfortable. On our first night, the adult who slept on the pull-out couch found it to be uncomfortable and the light from the porch kept the living room too bright. After that night, we took the bulb out of the porch light (we could not find a switch for that light), and she slept on the couch itself and slept comfortably going forward. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Maria's condo was clean and well furnished. Check in and out were a breeze. And the location is great, only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Highly recommended.

Awesome last second getaway

Awesome property about 5 min walking distance to the beach. Beautiful interior and nice deck area for summer nights!! Property manager was a pleasure to deal with and provided 5* treatment. Even though we didn’t use the beach equipment, it was amazing to see it was available to use!!! We will try to book this location again in the near future!!

Great location!

We arrived in Wildwood by boat, so our stay required a few special accommodations. Maria was great in her communications with us, and with her arrangements to have us provide us with linens and towels. She provided a very short list of items for us to bring like paper products, and what we found when we arrived was that the condo was very well stocked. Whether the items had been left from previous tenants or not we don’t know. But what we do know is that we really did not need to take toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as it was all there. The condo has some age to it but was very clean and comfortable! 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk kept us central to everything! We had a great 3 night stay at Maria’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Walking Distance to Boardwalk

The apartment was as described. It was comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. You have to bring your own towels, sheets, toilet paper, etc., which we didn’t mind, but it something to consider if you’re traveling with limited space. The host was very easy to communicate with and gave us recommendations for places in the area. We had a good time. Everyone enjoyed our trip.

A great stay

We were only spending a couple nights at the beach as a break between city stays in DC and NYC. It would have been great to have more time. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 6 and a well-supplied kitchen, which we didn’t get to utilize much. The beach items were great to have. The linens not being supplied was a bit of a surprise, as it wasn’t in the listing, but it does seem to be the norm for the area. Overall, it was a great stay, and I wish we’d have had more time!

Though we live on Long Island, NY we have been going to the Wildwoods for over 20 years now. Our two boys have practically grown up in the wildwoods. We have owned a Beach Block 1-bedroom unit in North Wildwood for close to 20 years now (which we also rent out) and have now purchased this unit in 2012 to keep the fun going and are now listing it for others to enjoy.

One of the main reasons we purchased this unit is that it was so well kept by the previous owner and was on a very quiet safe block close to all things Wildwood has to offer. The deck was recently redone and the interior is very comfortable with all the amenities of home.

The unit is very well kept, close to all Wildwood has to offer and very comfortable. When we can, my husband and I enjoy going down during the winter to the local Resturants and Bars and just relaxing. If you want to go to AC or Cape May and don't want to drive then buses are located just a block and a half away.
