-Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): A cosy double bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers - dedicated desk area for remote work or studying. It can sleep max of 2.
-Bedroom 3 (Third Floor): A second master bedroom featuring a double bed. This bedroom offers the luxury of private ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated office space for uninterrupted productivity. It can sleep max of 2. With 2x large wardrobes, there’s plenty of space to store all your luggage and belongings comfortably.
-Bedroom 4 (Third Floor): A double bed with a large wardrobe and desk area- chest of drawers, creating a peaceful retreat for any guest. It can sleep max of 2.

The home includes 2 spacious bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite and guests can enjoy privacy. Both are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, wash soap. Bathrooms feature a WC, a bathtub, and a shower, ensuring everyone has ample space to refresh and unwind.

Step out from the winter garden into your private outdoor garden – a beautifully maintained space designed for relaxation. Featuring cosy coffee table, comfortable chairs, lush greenery, and ambient night lighting, it’s the ideal spot to savour your morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon read, or unwind with an evening glass of wine under the stars. Terms & Conditions:
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following house rules:

1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited (designated outdoor space is available). A £500 fee will apply for any smoking inside the premises.
3. Zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances.
4. Sorry, Pets are not allowed.
5. Only the guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight; no additional guests are allowed.
6. Please respect the neighbourhood and maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM
7. Treat the property with respect throughout your stay and adhere to the agreed check-out time.
8.A security deposit applies and will be charged to cover the cost of any damages or violations of the house rules. The property reserves the right to calculate and deduct the damage deposit accordingly.
9. Lost keys will incur a £150 replacement fee, and a £60 fee will apply for lockouts requiring assistance.
10. Your comfort is our top priority – your host will be available throughout your stay to assist with any concerns. Please don’t hesitate to report any issues so we can address them promptly and ensure an enjoyable experience.
11. By confirming your booking, you agree to these house rules and the associated charges for any breaches.

Nestled in the Royal Docks, the area combines riverside charm with modern convenience. You’ll enjoy peaceful views of the Thames and a secure, quiet atmosphere. The area is very well connected - with Gallions Reach DLR just around the corner and London City Airport only minutes away by road. From shopping and dining to post office services and beauty salon, there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and local amenities in the community. It’s a welcoming, well-regenerated district that feels calm yet connected.

Getting around:
The property is very well connected by public transport. King George V and Gallions Reach DLR stations are just a 10–12 minute walk away, offering easy links to the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. Several bus routes (147, 241, 300, 473, 474) stop within a 5-minute walk, providing convenient access across East London and to Central London. Getting around couldn’t be easier.

Other things to note:
-Please note that any damages, missing items, or breaches of house rules will incur additional charges, calculated based on the cost of repairs or replacements.

-Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee or may be included as part of your accommodation package, depending on your booking.

-Early check-ins and late check-outs available as add-in services. Additional charge of £50 applies and subject to availability. Request through your host.

-A Welcome Guide is provided at the property, containing helpful information on local amenities, tips for getting around, and instructions for safely using all appliances.
