Welcome to The Maple Attic, a bright and spacious 3BR retreat on the second floor of a charming historic home in Saint Joseph. Each bedroom features a comfy queen bed, perfect for families, students, or traveling professionals. Enjoy a cozy living area with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast WiFi for work or streaming. Relax in the shared backyard or take a short drive to downtown shops, parks, and restaurants. The space
● Second-floor 3-BR apartment in a classic historic home
● Three comfy queen beds (sleeps up to 6 guests)
● Smart TV in the living room + cozy fireplace ambiance
● High-speed WiFi + dedicated work desk for remote work
● Fully equipped kitchen with essentials for longer stays
● Shared backyard + relaxing front porch seating
● Street parking only, easy access to downtown St. Joseph
● Perfect for families, professionals, or group getaways
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire second-floor apartment, including the living room, three bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. Enjoy the cozy fireplace, high-speed WiFi, and dedicated workspace during your stay. You’ll also have access to the shared backyard.
● Parking: On-street parking is available right in front of the building. It’s a one-way street with parking on both sides—please follow posted parking signs and local traffic rules.
Other things to note
● There is no dining set for now but we will add it. In the meantime, you can use the living room chairs to sit while eating.
● Pet Rent is $25 per pet/per night.
● There is a $10 additional guest fee after the 4th guest.
● Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.
● Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly.

~We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.
~We provide initial supplies to get you started. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.
~Do not disrespect neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.
Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.
