This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family-friendly house comes with a fully fenced backyard and the convenience of a 3 car garage. From the back door there are amazing views of the mountains and Ranches Golf Course (5 minute drive to play golf). The kitchen is fully stocked and the high speed WiFi makes working remotely a breeze. Located just 1 min from Ridley`s grocery store and several restaurants. 7 minutes from Walmart/Costco, and close proximity to many outdoor adventures.

Bedrooms:
- Primary Bedroom: The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands with lamps, mounted Smart TV, dresser, a large en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a queen bed with full closet and hangers.
- Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, and full closet.
Bathrooms:
There are two full bathrooms. The master bedroom bathroom and a second bathroom in between the other two bedrooms.
Kitchen:
The dining room area connected to the kitchen has a table that comfortably sits 6 people, but can sit up to 10 with the four barstool chairs at the kitchen island. It is fully stocked with all of the cookware needed to make those homemade meals while out traveling. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, slow cooker, blender, mixing bowls, baking sheets, spices, cooking oils, etc. It also has a Keurig coffee maker with lots of complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar/sweetener.
Laundry:
You`ll find the laundry room in between the garage and the kitchen, along with all the necessary laundry supplies.
Garage:
A standout feature of this property, highly favored by previous guests, is the access to the large 3-car garage, which is especially valued during the colder months.
Guests will be given the front door access code with the check-in instructions, no physical keys are required, and have exclusive access to the entire home besides the unfinished basement.
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival, but we are only a message or phone call away and will promptly respond if any needs arise. We are here for you doing your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you.
We do our absolute best to provide 5-star stays and experiences and hope that you`ll give us a chance to host you! We have team members ready and committed to support our guests at a moment`s notice. However, please remember this is not a hotel with someone working a front desk at all times of the day/night.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am prompt, unless late check out has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Early check-in/Late check-out Policy (cannot guarantee):
- Early check-in (*if available): $25/hour before 4:00 PM
- Late check-out (*if available): $25/hour after 10:00 AM, up to 12:00 PM (12:00pm is the absolute latest we can allow)
- Must be requested at least 1 day in advance
- Subject to availability and flexibility with the cleaning schedule
Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 10:30am or later will be levied an additional $50 per 30 minute increment.
Quiet Hours:
Guests need to be quiet and respectful to their neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10pm - 8am. These quiet hours are strictly enforced.
No Parties:
Strictly no parties or large gatherings. This is NOT a party property as it is located in a quiet residential area and we are respectful of the neighbors.
No Smoking:
Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking permitted inside the home or garage, or on the front porch. Smoking is only allowed out on the street away from the house. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500 fee plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
PETS:
No pets are allowed to be alone in the house without being kenneled. Guests will be held responsible for any `accidents` in the house, or any damages or extra cleaning costs caused by the pet.
Thermostat:
Summer: please do not turn the thermostat below 68 degrees
Winter: please do not turn the thermostat above 78 degrees
