Welcome to our cosy, centrally-located apartment in the vibrant heart of the city, approved by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and fully insured for your peace of mind.
Priced competitively, we offer a clean, , well-stocked, and comfortable stay without the luxury price tag. We don't describe our apartment as luxury. It's a practical home from home.
Two bedrooms. The main bedroom has one double and one single bed. The other has a single bed. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge should you require a third sleeping area. A high chair and baby travel cot are available on request.
There is a small safe box for passports, credit cards etc

There is a flight of steps up to the apartment.
The apartment is located in a busy nightlife area of the city. There can be some street noise at night especially at weekends. It's not continuous noise, just very occasionally and will not disturb most guests.
Location – the apartment is in the heart of the city with many shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. There are also a number of Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's only a few minutes' walk to the bus station, train station, theatres, museums, the university and botanical gardens. It's less than 10 minutes' walk to the main shopping area and major tourist attractions. So when you arrive, you can park in the parking place provided and relax as you won't need to take the car out again.
The apartment also benefits from not being part of an apartment block. So it's very private. When you open the front door you are directly on the street and have access to your car so luggage tranfer is easy.
The flat has high speed fibre broadband and USB charging ports.
Check-in –We offer self-service check in, which means you don't need to meet us.
Essentials – We provide you with many of the basics including toothbrushes, , shower caps, shampoo, etc. You also don't need to worry about packing bulky items such as a hairdryer, towels, or an iron – these are all provided.
Arrival – So you can relax straight away, you will be welcomed with tea, coffee, milk, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There's a washing machine and dryer should you need to catch up with your laundry.
