This stunning property offers two separate homes, each with breathtaking ocean views. Each home is equipped with its own full kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The spacious bedrooms provide a cozy retreat, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone in your group. With the ocean bluff just a stone's throw away, you can easily spend your days whale watching (seasonal), taking walks on the 11-acre property, or simply basking in the sun's gentle rays. This property is in close proximity to the ocean bluff. Please always monitor children.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
