Beloved by beach-goers and tennis enthusiasts alike, the grounds of Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort feature both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive gym, two restaurants, a steam room and sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You'll find a wealth of shopping opportunities nearby, including those at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), and Destin Commons (five miles beyond). The property is just west of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and a few minutes' drive from a number of excellent local golf courses as well.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
