Kihei Bay Surf Studio #109 is a ground floor studio that has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is complimentary parking and WIFI. Air conditioning is room unit. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Kihei Bay Surf Studio #109 sleeps 3.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen and Cable TV. In addition there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.
** Important Update: A construction project is scheduled for April through July 2024 (estimate). The work will consist of removal of the old roof and solar panels, and installation of the new roof and solar panels. Work is allowed Monday-Saturday from 8am-5pm. Equipment will be staged throughout the complex as they work on each section of the roof. This work will consist of loud construction days. Please email or call our office for more specific information on this project. **

Affordable Stay in Kihei

The unit was clean upon arrival and stocked with the basics you’d expect in a hotel along with paper towels and garbage bags. They also provided with two beach chairs, a water cooler, and narrow cooler (though it had a broken handle). Pros for the location are being able to walk across the road for a beach sunset and it’s a pretty easy drive to most locations. The con is its proximity to a main road does mean there’s road noise when going to sleep. (We knew this before booking and came prepared with ear plugs. Most nights the noise was minimal enough that I didn’t bother with my earplugs.) I didn’t expect to use their pool, but we found ourselves there when the wind started blowing the sand around too much at the beach one afternoon. Overall we were happy with our stay considering our budget for lodging on Maui.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable and convenient place, the beach’s accessories were a real asset too! Just a little bit noisy on our side as we were facing the street but otherwise it was perfect for us.

Enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfect--clean, well stocked with what we needed and plenty of storage for our things. Instructions were clear (app was very helpful) and the location was close to great restaurants and beaches without being in the "busy" area/congested area. We also needed to contact the office regarding payment and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and we're hoping to be back!
