Overall house was “ok” the microwave did not work in the main house. There were broken remotes in small house and no instructions mating it difficult to watch TV. Many light switches that seemed not to do anything and lamps that could not be turned on

This was a great place for our large family to gather in one spot. Having the extra cottage really provided the additional room needed and the deck on the cottage was a great place to sit and enjoy the sun. We didn’t use the fire pit, but that in the large lawn area was a great feature.

The houses were lovely, clean and set up for entertaining our family for the weekend. Beach access was convenient and nice. There were only a few things I noticed, a couple of the sliding door handles/locks were broken, but other than that everything worked and was in good repair. Parking is limited, with strict parking rules but we had a huge family gathering and found it adequate. The main house accommodated 5 parking spots and the second 5 as well. There is a wonderful hotel two doors down for quest overflow, within easy walking distance. This was a wonderful property and lovely experience. Thank you!

Happy July 4th

What a location! We had a great time. LOVED exploring the beach with the kids. One person in our group actually found the famous “glass globes” that they hide along the beachfront! House worked perfectly for our family - all 16 of us! The house was adequately stocked and the bedrooms were spaced out nicely. Highly recommend

lovely and comfortable

We stayed here and in the cottage with a large group of longtime friends and children. The properties were spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. Everything was clean and ready on our arrival. We loved the proximity to the beach and to Siletz bay for clamming and crabbing.

Family Gathering

Great house and cottage for family of 8 - 75yrs old. Lots of activities inside at the house(pool table, tennis table etc) and a nice yard for outside activities. Cottage house was very nice with nice size bedrooms. We called it the Senior Center as us old folks stayed in it. Would stay there again!
