'Vintage style' means old and run down. The location was great, close to the beach and a couple food trucks, and within walking distance of downtown. The property had plenty of room. Laundry soap and dish soap were provided and the house had basically everything we needed. However, there was dog hair on and under all the furniture. Luckily we found a vacuum cleaner. But we should not have had to clean the place when we got there. Generally the house needs updating. There is just that musty old house smell.

Quaint little home by the ocean

We loved our stay here, it was super quaint and just a walk away from the beach. The town of Rockaway is so beautiful and everyone is so friendly, would definitely stay here again.

Nice little rental with a great location

A homey little rental, perfect for about 4 people, within close distance of beach access. We had family staying at the Rockaway Beach Resort, and this little house was right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a great little place in a great location.

The house has everything you need and is very clean and well maintained. The sun room in front is awesome and access to the beach is right across the street. I would definitely stay again!

Awesome Location

The house is super close to the beach and there is a great pub right across Hwy 101 with karaoke and friendly locals. Would definitely stay here again. The house also came with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen.

Great little stay.

The house has some wear and tear that could be addressed mostly in the bathroom. But it’s a great little place for a short stay with the family. My 15yr old slept in the sunroom and really enjoyed the view waking up. I would definitely stay here for a day or 2 in the future.

Adorable and Comfy!

I stayed at Auntie's house and was very impressed with how cute and comfortable it was. It was across the street from the ocean and very warm and light. I would definitely recommend this house and will be back in the future. Great place!
