Susan was a stellar guest who communicated very well and respected our home and property. Overall, it was a pleasure having her and her group stay with us and I would highly recommend her to any future hosts who would have an opportunity to accommodate her. I would be happy to have her back again. Thanks again, Susan!

The home was a great place to stay! Easy check-in and lots of room for our family and my Brother/Sister-in-laws family also! Our host Christopher was very communicative and was able to address a few things that came up. The air conditioning was locked at 73 but at night it got really warm for all of us but the host adjusted it for us for the duration of the stay and we slept really well the rest of the night! We appreciated that a lot as sometimes hosts from our experience do not do this. The only real disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order and was something the host did not know about. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and it was pretty clean! Worth the stay and a great location!

This house checked off everything on our list. The movie theater room was perfect for our kids and the outside pool area was spacious and relaxing. The pool was heated and shaded by a large tree during the day. This property has a large lemon tree and shrubs that block you from the neighbors. We were able to enjoy swimming all day and night with no issues from others around. The kitchen is huge and so was the island to be able to eat at. We have stayed at many properties, but this was the first with the largest living room to seat more than 8 people comfortably. The beds to rooms were great too. Everyone slept great with as many options as we had. I would highly recommend this property as Chris was great to communicate with as well. Don’t pass this one up!

This home checked all the boxes for our stay and made it really easy to relax and enjoy time together. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, spacious, and well thought out. The open layout between the kitchen and living area was perfect for hanging out. Whether we were cooking, snacking, or just watching TV, everyone could be together comfortably. The bedrooms were great and everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were, which is always a huge win. The upstairs movie room was a favorite spot to unwind, and the game room added a fun touch as well. The pool area was also a highlight, clean, warm, and a great place to spend the day. We especially loved how private and peaceful the backyard felt. The only downside for us was the patio furniture, which could definitely use an upgrade. It didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the home. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise great experience.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The host was communicative and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend, we’re already booked for next year!

What a wonderful house. You walked into a very fun game room area- super clean. The first floor bath and bedroom was wonderful for our elderly parents. The huge kitchen that was open to a huge TV watching area was wonderful for munching, conversation, being together while food prepping and clean up. The pool was warm, clean, the huge shallow step was a favorite of the sun bathing peeps. The outdoor furniture, umbrella and grill could be upgraded. The umbrella didn’t work, the outdoor wicker sofa and cushions in pretty bad shape. The grill worked- ok. There were only well used plastic plates and bowls in the kitchen for meals. We ended up buying paper plates to work around this. The other four bedrooms and upstairs movie viewing area were great. Everyone reported a comfy bed. All guests were over 23 years old. I loved having the garage clicker. We had a vehicle in the garage at times as the HOSs don’t allow street parking. I’d come back and stay again. Christopher was a good host!
