Welcome to Holland! Just five miles from the world-famous Brimfield Antique Show and Flea Market, and five miles from historic Old Sturbridge Village—with all the dining, shopping, and activities Sturbridge has to offer.

Steps from beautiful Hamilton Reservoir, this private one-bedroom guest apartment features its own entrance and is perfectly situated for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. Proud to have received over 50 5-star ratings on another booking site!

Please note that while we allow dogs, we cannot allow cats due to our own cats in the main house. We do not allow cats in the apartment, but if you are allergic to cats, you may not want this space.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, air fryer, toaster oven and microwave but please note there is no traditional oven.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! I was here for an Old English Sheepdog gathering in Sturbridge, and my dog loved the space and the backyard. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Amazing rental, a lot of love and detail went into this space and it shows! Would definitely rent again if I'm in the area! Host was very easy to communicate with as well.

We had such a great stay at Ryanne’s VRBO! We stayed two nights while in town for my sister’s wedding and it was the perfect size for myself, my husband and 1 year old. This was also one of the most well stocked short term rentals I have been to and it was extremely comfortable and homey! Would highly recommend!

Very clean. Beautiful space. Everything we needed to be comfortable. For people with stairs issues, there could be a railing by inside steps.

This is a lovely apartment that truly felt homey. The hosts really thought of everything to make you comfortable. In a lovely setting not far from the reservoir. Communication was easy and the hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. I highly recommend.

We don’t have enough good words to describe our stay! The space is exceptional, so much more than expected! The host was kind and communication was great! I think we’ll keep this location on our shortlist for times that we’re in this area! Don’t miss out on this one. It’s a hidden gem.!

We have nothing but great things to say about our stay! The apartment was in the perfect location for our visit. It was private, clean, and super accommodating. There was a generous selection of kitchenware, bathroom extras (the spare curler totally saved me by the way, I forgot mine!), and blankets. The shower was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I'm originally from Michigan, but have lived in Massachusetts for 25 years. Four years ago, I moved from another small town nearby to this home in Holland. We love the tranquility and the friendliness of our neighbors! About two years ago, we started hosting the basement inlaw through Airbnb and now VRBO. We've met many wonderful people through these stays, and have had many repeat guests!
