Your family will love this centrally located getaway tucked into a quiet, welcoming neighborhood! Whether you’re heading out for adventure or staying in to relax, this home delivers the perfect blend of comfort and fun.
Step into your private backyard oasis, fully loaded for unforgettable days and nights. Challenge each other to a game of corn hole, take a dip in the heated pool ($18/day upon request), fire up the grill for an afternoon cookout, or wind down as your favorite playlist flows through the Sonos sound system. We also offer a dedicated workspace to work remotely. In addition to the above listed amenities, we have the following:
*XBox with 1 controller in the guest bedroom
*Pack-n-Play in the guest bedroom for those traveling with an infant. We also have children’s dinnerware, silverware, sippy cups, bibs, and a booster chair
*Bartesian Cocktails on Deman machine to enjoy complementary cocktails of your choice
* Nordic Track treadmill with iFit, light dumbbells, and yoga mat in the garage
*2 sets of right handed golf clubs, in the garage, for any of you golf enthusiasts.

When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be just minutes from beautiful beaches, great shopping, and exciting sporting events. Need extra space? An additional lot is available for boat, RV, or large-vehicle parking for an added fee.

We traveled to Port Charlotte in mid Feb.The house was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids 11-9). The house was clean and up to date. The owners did a great job of communicating all the details about the house snd answering our questions. The coffee bar and setting the pool temperature to 88 was enhanced our stay. Location is good. We will definitely rent this house again.

We spent 11 days at this house and had an amazing time! The home was very clean and welcoming when we arrived and tastefully furnished. The hosts even thought of our dog with a welcome surprise package for her. The central air conditioning and heat both worked well. The two bedrooms are large with spacious closets, each room has a TV and full bathroom and there is an additional full bathroom near the pool. The private heated pool was really terrific, we enjoyed it every day. The fenced in backyard provided privacy and a great space to allow our dog to be off leash. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly with light traffic enabling us to comfortably walk our dog. Our hosts Leisa and Richie were awesome, super nice and very communicative and truly made us feel like they wanted us to have a great time! We highly recommend this rental and we will definitely stay there again if back in the area.

Just wanna say thank you so much. Your home is beautiful. I love it. Beautiful decor love how the house is designed and presented. The pool is so much larger than in the pics enough room for many family members to get in and enjoy and splash around has everything you could possibly think of for the pool the house itself has everything that you could possibly think of for cooking even has seasonings this house is top match. If I had a question I would message them and I’d get a response immediately so if you rent this house, trust and believe it will be a wonderful experience. I would like to say thank you again for hosting us. You two are wonderful people and I appreciate everything and the concern for my mother up in age. You were amazing and Thank you again
