Our property is located in a historic downtown area, and while many guests enjoy the convenience, character, and proximity to local attractions, we understand that some travelers may prefer a different environment. We were particularly surprised by the comments regarding cleanliness and insects. Over the past five years of hosting over 10 properties, we have maintained an outstanding hosting record and have consistently received positive reviews from hundreds of guests who have praised the cleanliness, comfort, and condition of our properties. We have never experienced recurring issues with bugs or insects at this location or any of our locations. In addition, all of our properties are professionally serviced and treated on a monthly basis by licensed pest control companies as part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
