Gary is a great guy! We brought our whole family, plus dogs! 11 of us, including 3 small kids…and a lot of dogs. It was so eclectic, rustic and comfortable. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back!

So many good things to say about this property. The deck with a great view, the bar to gather around, the swimming with many floating devices, the parking, two refrigerators and a freezer, the fire pit, access to wood and ice, etc.You need to bring chairs to sit on the deck and around the fire pit. We brought a gas griddle grill as there is only a small charcoal grill. Two bedrooms upstairs have window air conditioners. Nice to have one in the other bedroom. Gary is a very good host!!

We loved staying at the big chip lodge! It was a perfect well stocked rustic cabin! Highly recommend, except for when we want go there next because it’s taken them!

Great location and unique lodge

The lodge is in a great location and is a great option for large groups. The bar has a wonderful view and fishing is great right off the dock.

Family Polar Picnic

Was a prefect location to do some outdoor adventures. Easy access to the lake for some ice fishing fun. Plenty of parking for family to come and go while visiting.Enough run for the group without running into each other.Enjoyed the stay

Great place on a wonderful lake

Building is old but it had everything we needed for cooking, fishing, tubing, and relaxing. Access to the bar was a hit with the kids. Owner was easy to work with and a great host.
