The house is in a great location. Very easy to get to, and close to main roads but in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and cozy. I would recommend this property.

Close to pretty much anything you want to do. Host answered questions very quickly. I would recommend, also had board games you can play

We were able to check in an hour early at a short notice. It was the perfect size for me and my niece. We were very comfortable and at home.

There was nothing, clean or quiet about it. It is not an entire home, it's a duplex. There is not a designated parking spot(at one point i had to park across the street and a few houses down) , you can hear the neighbors, from their music and talking, to them closing doors and starting their loud vehicles. In the listing there's a picture of a large yard, that we did not have access to, only the neighbors who were having a get together and left it trashed. They had a dog back there, without a gate, only chairs and a trash can blocking the dog, who was still able to get out. The house was very run down. You couldn't tell if the sinks and tub were dirty or really old. There were hairs, and pink mold in the tub and on the bathroom floor. I had to clean the tub before i felt comfortable enough to shower. The carpet had several stains and even a spot on the wall that was colored in with PEN!! Only 2 window AC units, that were very loud. Kitchen stove was gross! The living room blinds had pieces broken off, with sheer curtains, facing the road, made for an uncomfortable space.Pros- Cory was good at communicating (not always fixing the problem though) the bed was comfortable, couch was big and had a washer(dirty though) and dryer. My son said, "Its not that bad", this being compared to a boys dorm. This place needs to be remodeled and cleaned from top to bottom, not just put a few pieces of new furniture or area rugs out.

Pro’s- very close to everything. Inside was decent the beds were comfortable. The little coffee bar set up was nice. Didn’t really use much else. Con’s- the one bedroom ac didn’t cool opened windows at night worked better. There was supposed to be access to backyard but apparently the tenants that also live downstairs decided that was not the case. It is not a single home. Was pretty busy with college students pretty late into the night. Suggestions- get a little table and chairs for outdoors. Make sure the yard is shareable and make it known on posting that is the case. Otherwise take the backyard out of equation and put something out front for people to enjoy outdoors.

The property was perfect distance to hospital. It had the most comfortable sectional in the living room. I appreciated the giant tv and Roku so I could stream our favorite shows. I am glad we had two ac units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom as it was very hot out during our stay.

This is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. There's another renter in the back of this house. Unlike the pictures, the kitchen now has a high bar table and 3 stools. Also, there's only 1 night stand in the Master. We liked: the night stands had outlets for our phones, the big couch was comfortable and has reclining seats, and the towels were new. We didn't know that there was one AC in the living room and one in the guest room. There's only an upright fan in the Master. Some improvements could be made to the condition of the sinks, baseboards, cupboards, and carpet. The dishes were nice but we could have used a mixing bowl.
