Lone-standing, family-friendly vacation home in untouched nature

The 12-hectare property features two traditional Tuscan stone houses, which are rented out exclusively as a single unit to a group. Situated in a completely peaceful setting with plenty of open space for playing and relaxing, it is the ideal vacation home for nature lovers and families with children who need plenty of space and want to be undisturbed—there are no neighboring houses and no car traffic. The heated pool (pool heating available for an additional fee) is situated between the two houses in a beautiful panoramic setting. The pool measures 12x6 m with a depth of 1.00–1.40 m; it is located in the middle of the garden in a beautiful spot that enjoys sun all day long, features an outdoor shower, and is illuminated.
The biggest plus, of course, is that it’s heated, so you can use it even on cooler days in the spring and fall.
The three separate apartments feature five spacious double bedrooms, three bathrooms—each with a shower stall—and, in each apartment, a living room with a kitchenette and a natural stone fireplace. One particularly spacious living room is perfect for all guests to gather and eat together, while everyone else can enjoy their own “privacy” when needed. Outside, there are also several covered seating and dining areas for everyone to enjoy together. A small separate cottage has room for two more people; it is intended for children (not too young) or young adults, but is not suitable for older guests due to a somewhat steep staircase leading up to the attic with the double bed.

The view sweeps over thousands of apple trees cultivated by this small farm;
in every season, you can marvel at their growth:
starting in the spring, when thousands upon thousands of white and pink blossoms create an enchanting landscape,
later, when the fruit ripens, everything is bathed in lush green,
and in the fall, it’s time to harvest the apples, taste them, and—if you’d like—take some home with you.
The apple harvest is sure to be a welcome change of pace and a fun activity, especially for children.
