Great place. All rooms were very comfortable & great common spaces. Back porch & back yard very nice for entertaining. Very close to the beach.

Beautiful house in the perfect location to enjoy the coast. The house was spacious, clean, and peaceful. We appreciated that the house accommodated our group with private rooms that had sleeping accommodations that did not leave anyone on a couch.

This is the best home we have ever stayed in at the coast. Super clean and great yard for the dog. This house was pristine and in a great location.

We were very disappointed in how dirty this place was when we arrived. We called and spoke to a live person immediately and the hosts promised to send cleaners “right away”. For 3 days in a row we messaged and called and they never sent cleaners during our entire stay! When we arrived the furniture was covered in dirt, pet hair, and large crumbs. The surfaces were covered in a really thick layer of dust as if no one had been there for months. There were spiders in the corners and giant webs covered in dust. The porch and steps were in desperate need of a sweeping. We ended up spending hours of vacation time vacuuming and cleaning surfaces. The comforters on the beds were filthy. Despite our request for a cleaning fee refund we still haven’t been refunded. If this place had been clean it would have been lovely. It’s close to the beach and is a really cute home. It’s a shame they don’t care enough to clean it well. It’s hard to relax when things are dirty and at this price point it’s just unacceptable.

We had the best time at this house! It fit our family perfectly and it was so cozy and comfortable. The fenced in yard was so convenient since we had dogs with us and we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the weather. The outdoor shower was a game changer coming home from an afternoon at the beach with kids. My family has been vacationing at Neskowin for over 40 years so we have stayed in our fair share of houses. This was definitely one of our favorites and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here with my daughter and our dog. The home was lovely—clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have asked for. It felt welcoming right away, and the attention to detail made the stay especially enjoyable. The location was beautiful and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. We would absolutely stay here again.
