Stacy's 2nd St Cottage. Steps to downtown.

1200 sq ft downstairs cottage located in the historic railroad district 1/2 block to downtown and a five minute walk to the festival with easy access to shopping and groceries. Park your car and leave it. Easy walking everywhere. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with double sink. 1st bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer/Dryer, wireless internet, and 2 tv’s With local channels and Roku streaming.
Outside area is a beautiful large private courtyard with comfortable seating, a propane fire-pit and a private hot tub spa just for your use. Private off street parking with easy access to back entrance of cottage. Electric outlet in guest parking area. Free EV charging station in City of Ashland public parking lot one block away. This is one of three residences on the property. Owner lives in the upstairs apartment, which has a separate entrance and outdoor area. The second residence is separated from the cottage by a fence and provides privacy. There are no shared spaces.

Bed firm and comfortable. Lovely patio. Too hot to enjoy the hot tub when we visited. In town to see a couple of plays. Great location walking distance to Shakespeare theater, multiple restaurants and shops and Lithia park. Such a comfortable place.

Great cottage for a small group or family. We really enjoyed the hot tub and private back patio. And the location is killer! Plays, restaurants, activities, and hiking were all a short walk away.

We loved everything about our stay. Stacy’s cottage is clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for accessing biking and hiking trails. Walking distance to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and downtown restaurants. We hope to stay with Stacy again.

Lovely, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Great location, easy walk to Lithia Park, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and all of downtown, and yet quiet and peaceful. We appreciated the central AC on a very hot evening, otherwise opening windows freshened the air each day. Everything we needed was supplied, and everything was in excellent condition. Pretty much perfect!

Absolutely lovely cottage! The living, dining, and kitchen area feels quite spacious. The outdoor area is quite private, really enjoyed the hot tub! Check in process and communication was very smooth and clear.. The location is outstanding! We hope to stay again.

This is the third year we've stayed at Stacy's for our annual trip to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The location is perfect, the cottage adorable, everything well supplied and Stacy is quite to respond to any need. One of these years we will actually use that hot tub!

Lovely home in perfect neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stacy’s cottage. Stacy is a wonderful host and her place is in the perfect location for exploring Ashland. We walked easily to restaurants, Lithia park, shops, etc.

Ideal location for a visit to OSF

We stayed for 4 nights to attend several plays. The space is inviting and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect as we have dietary restrictions that prevent eating out at most establishments.

Delightful home, perfect location, and generous host

Our three day stay in Ashland to take in a few plays and enjoy the beautiful town was really enhanced by Stacy‘s kind hosting. The Cottage had every single thing we could possibly need, the hot tub was a pleasure, and everything was sparkling clean. Many thanks for making this an easy and restful vacation. I have owned this property since 2005. I truly enjoy living downtown Ashland so close to theaters, Lithia Park and all the downtown activities.

The best location in town! This location is quiet and easy stroll to town ,theaters, Lithia Park and University. The cottage is also very close to the Ashland food co-op, Safeway and the downtown library. Great location for biking the bike path and great hiking and mountain biking trails above Lithia Park.

Large private outdoor courtyard fully furnished for dining or just relaxing by outdoor fountain or hot tub . Favorite activity for most of our guests on a cool evening is sitting on sofas around firepit enjoying a glass of wine or favorite drink.
Electric outlet in guest parking area . City of Ashland has free EV Charging in public lot one block away
Location is everything!. Once you are here park and walk. Multiple tour companies will take you wine tasting or rafting
