Like a hotel studio, the room was clean, and remarkably packed full of tools to what you need. Great place to stay.

Very good and private stay with a friendly host. The unit was clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple or family of 3. Close to bars and restaurants, would definitely stay here again. Street parking can be tricky, just plan for that.

Our entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Room was very clean and checking in was easy. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We got home later most nights and were still able to find street parking pretty easily. Would definitely come back!

Great little place! It was clean and had most necessities we needed. Its location is near lots of things like coffee shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. Finding street parking was a bit difficult but we got lucky! The only recommendations I have is adding a full body mirror somewhere and a hair dryer. Thank you so much for having us.

Being that it was my first time using this platform, i was a bit nervous. However the host was very responsive to my all questions. Room was clean and all necessities were provided such as towels, paper towels, toilet paper, hangers for your clothes, working AC, and all appliances were working. Had a great time being that there was a restaurant literally right next door. Parking isnt reserved but I was able to find parking with no problems. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Great place if you plan on being out and about! The location was amazing with a lot of places within walking distance. My wife and I love local coffee shops and there are some great ones nearby that we walked to every morning. Room was very clean! If you plan on staying in make sure to bring a tablet or some kind of device since there is no TV in the room. We would stay again!

Great place to stay! We loved the location, it was very walkable with fabulous restaurants and shops nearby. I wish the AC was a proper air conditioner unit but other than that the place was adorable and comfortable. We had a great time staying here!

Great host and excellent/fast communications from the host. Be aware that you must park on the street and not the spaces in front of building due to other busineses near the stay. To be clear, this is is not the a fault on the host or a knock on the place. I would recommend this for couples or solo travelers who want a peaceful, quiet stay in San Diego. There's plenty of food and even night life activities near this stay as well as a spot to access all of Southern California.
