Beautiful place to stay and worked well for an our family and guests from England. We were in town for a wedding so didn’t get to take advantage of the kayaks. The views were beautiful and there was plenty of space for 7 adults. Our hosts thought of everything to make it a wonderful stay. The kitchen was stocked with some things I forgot to bring. We would come back again!

This is a stunning bucolic setting, ideal for a mid October getaway. Wonderful lakeview setting, great A-frame build with ample decking and parking. It looks like it would be great fun in the summer, but our mid autumn stay weather wise was just too cool to be out on the lake. The house was so warm and inviting that we, as six adults, just spent some pleasant hours with good food and adult beverages enjoying its ambience. The gaslit fireplace just couldn’t be beat for giving us some great out in the woods vibes. I especially enjoyed my quiet coffee time in the morning, watching the sunrise in the east and taking quiet walks along the access road.Kudos to our host for providing a very thorough book of information regarding the house and local amenities. Very helpful to anyone unfamiliar with the area. Also reassuring was the house quick response to any questions we had regarding the home. Truly one of the best VRBO experiences we have had.
