PETS
• We do allow dogs, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don't allow them to damage/stain furniture/decor. A fee will be applied for damages, stains, or excessive pet hair.
• Two dog maximum unless requested and approved.
• Medium sized Dog Bowls & bed available for use

At ESTRELLITA, days are unhurried and nights are meant to be spent outdoors—by the fire pit, under the pergola, or enjoying the quiet desert sky. We hope you feel at home the moment you arrive.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. We have camera at the front door, one covering the front yard and one covering the rear yard. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

Smoking is allowed outside in front or rear yard. No smoking is allowed INSIDE our property. If our cleaners smell smoke inside, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Please dispose of cigarette/cigar butts properly.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.

Trash Service is on Thursdays. Please empty all accumulated trash into the exterior trashcans upon checkout.

We welcome responsible and responsive guests over the age of 21. Any and all persons staying or visiting the property must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.

Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. In addition, excessive noise at any time is never allowed. Quiet hours are in place every day between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m and must be abided at all times. Local code enforcement by the city is allowed to come to property and can respond to any complaints made by local residents 24 hours a day.

If a guest cancels a reservation, all eligible refunds will be governed by the cancellation policy agreed upon at time of booking. No refunds outside of the cancellation policy will be possible unless a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the area. Thus, it is highly recommended that all guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance. In the event that a guest cannot make a trip due to a family emergency, illness, bad weather, flight/rental car cancellation, job loss, COVID-19 ban/restriction, etc., the guest should seek reimbursement through their travel insurance.

Mother Nature’s creatures both great and small also reside in the area in which our home is situated. Understanding how discomforting it may be for our guests to find these critters in our home, please know that we hold a high standard for cleanliness and take all efforts to try to keep Mother Nature's creatures at bay. We subscribe to regularly scheduled pest control services so our guests can have an enjoyable stay. While we cannot be held responsible for encounters with pests or wildlife inside or outside the home, if we are notified immediately, arrangements can be made to address the issue. No refunds will be offered for these encounters.
