We had the most wonderful time at the cottage. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and perfectly arranged, from the cozy atmosphere to the peaceful surroundings. Every need was met with ease, making the entire experience relaxing, comfortable, and truly memorable. It was one of those rare moments where everything just felt right.

What a lovely cottage! CLEAN, comfortable, private and a great view of the twin Peaks of Otter. Gail was on top of things, as well. We hope to visit again

What a beautiful cottage! We are already planning on making another trip up here just so we can stay in the home. If you love wildlife, this is your ideal spot! There were turkey, deer, and groundhogs in the yard every morning, and of course Jasper and Jackson (the goats) were one of the best parts of our stay! Gail was an amazing host as well and we were super grateful for her hospitality. Highly highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite VRBO rental in the U.S.. The cottage is quaint and feels lived in. The views are beautiful. The hosts are some of the best people I know. The area has so many things to see and do. I always sleep very well when I stay here and feel entirely refreshed when I return home.

We had a wonderful time. The house was extremely clean and Gail had everything we needed. She made sure to check in on us to see if we needed anything. The check-in/check/out process was so easy. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area. I highly recommend this home.

The house was quaint, cute, and detailed by way of the book left for us to read. They left a list of places they recommended to eat, a map of the old districts and what to look for, not to mention the cute goats and chicken you get to say hello to in the morning. They really were excellent to work with. I was even given a birthday card. It really was a great experience for a long birthday weekend.

The cottage was phenomenal! It cottage was immaculate, beds were comfortable. The views were breathtaking. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owners were very helpful in providing area information and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you again for a great stay!

Wonderful cottage with lots of character. Very clean and comfortable and the hosts have created a warm, welcoming environment. They are very friendly and proactively check to make sure that you’ve got everything you need. The cottage is in a beautiful setting. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Adorable cottage, beautifully decorated with everything needed for our stay. Easy access and picturesque surroundings. Feeding the goats was a real treat. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice cottage and very clean!We had a wonderful time and plan to come back as soon as we can. The quiet and serene landscape makes it a wonderful place for relaxation. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful well appointed cottage! Perfect for a couples long weekend retreat (we stayed three nights). Great mountain views, and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
