**ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL**

Enjoy our private heated pool year-round! During the summer months, the Texas heat often keeps the pool naturally warm, so additional heating may not always be necessary.

Please note the heated pool does not reach hot tub temperatures.

During colder months, outdoor temperatures may affect heating time and the final pool temperature.

Our pool service team visits every Thursday or Friday for routine maintenance to help keep the pool clean and ready for your stay.

Summer Pool Heat Rate (May–September):
• Only $35/night

Standard Pool Heating Rates (starting October):
• $50 per night

To ensure the pool is warm and ready for your stay, we kindly ask that pool heat requests be submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Covered Poolside Patio
Unwind in the shaded poolside patio, featuring cozy seating, ceiling fans, and a mounted outdoor TV. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening chats, or simply lounging by the water.

For cancellations, please note that the 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

NO PETS allowed in this property.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time — we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening. Outdoor music and amplified speakers must remain at a respectful neighborhood volume at all times.
Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
