Welcome to our non-smoking vacation home, Timos Landhuus, in the Bensersiel spa resort on the North Sea.
The sea, sand, beach, and waves; the ebb and flow of the tide; salty, iodine-rich air; a healthy, invigorating, and healing climate; and plenty of space await you here at our home.
From Bensersiel, you can also take a trip to the island of Langeoog.
A newsstand, bakery, supermarket, and several restaurants are nearby.

This vacation home is in a wonderful, secluded location
yet close to the center of Bensersersiel.
Right behind the dike, about 500 meters from the beach.
With approximately 3,000 square meters of space, the property is ideal for unwinding.
It is situated in a quiet, nature-loving setting, right next to the North Sea beach.

Equipped with gas central heating, a kitchen with a microwave, and a living room featuring a total of six LCD TVs and a stereo system.

The house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms—two with showers and a bathtub, and one guest restroom.
There are additional LCD TVs in the bedrooms.

For our youngest guests, there are three cribs, a high chair, a summer changing table, a Stokke changing table, and a wall-mounted changing rack.

A garden with a terrace and grill, as well as teak patio furniture for 12 people, is available so you can also enjoy the afternoon hours on our terrace, which is covered with awnings.
We want you to sleep well! That’s why the rooms were equipped with new mattresses and comforters in 2017.
