Nearby shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. One parking space per house, bicycle storage, and use of a washing machine are provided, and pets are welcome in select homes.

The vacation townhouse—Holiday Village 30D—with a south-facing terrace offers 60 square meters of family-friendly living where you can feel right at home. The cozy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, a wood-burning stove, a TV, a stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Three separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with a shower and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the south-facing terrace, which is furnished seasonally. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a naturally lit shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features two additional bedrooms. One has a double bed, a closet, and a second TV. This second bedroom serves as a walk-through to the third bedroom, which has a single bed. There is also a guest restroom. A high chair is provided. 
This non-smoking house is ideal for up to 5 people; a free parking space is located directly next to the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas. Pets are allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to batteries for e-bikes and pedelecs (under supervision). Pets are welcome.
