Get ready for an exciting time at the Mountain Top Lake View retreat featuring 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that has over 1,558 sq ft of living space with 2 parking spaces and a large deck with views of the hills and lake.
Main Floor: There is a spacious living room with cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace with bar to enjoy family moments. There is a full bathroom upstairs off entrance and dining area in updated kitchen. Mini split located in living room. Washer and dryer is located in the kitchen. LCD smart roku TV located on top of gas log fireplace with blue ray player with Netflix and Hulu. Interior has been thoughtfully updated with newer furniture and decor to ensure you have arrived to a new vacation destination. The deck is huge with a wrap around with seating to enjoy the breathless views and take advantage of using he barbecuing savoring every moment. There is parking for 2 cars which is quite uncommon for the area great for visitors or extended family to visit.
Second Floor: Good size master suite with King size bed featuring private bathroom with shower and LCD TV with dvd player and Roku/Netflix, sign in with your personal account. Second bedroom has a bunk bed with full size on bottom, twin on top and twin pull out under full bed. There is a Nintendo Wii and dvd player with 32" LCD TV for gaming fun. Sliding glass door lead you out to fenced area with swings under covered patio.
Located about 5 minutes driving from Lake Arrowhead Village with views of lake and Lake Arrowhead community. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and if you are looking to fish then I recommend Lake Gregory which is 15 minutes away. Arrowhead Villas is known for Bugsy Siegel opening Club Arrowhead in 1929 where he catered to Hollywood with gambling, illegal liquor, pool, tennis court, skiing and more. A quaint area that will bring you back again and again throughout the year.

I have been hosting for the past 10 years and have hosted a few hundred guest through various platforms. My airbnb platform is averaging a 4.94 star rating with over 145+ reviews. It is an opportunity to share our joy of the mountain region and this particular home has better lake views then can be seen on the pictures. It is our hope that we get families that enjoy the same amenities and nature that we have grown to love over the last 40 years of coming up here.

Home has a resort feel with many upgrades including amenties of cable, internet, extra large balcony with Lake View. Property features 2 bedrooms with 1 master king, second room has full with single trundle underneath and single bunk bed on top as well as sofabed in living room. Property is over 1,500 square feet so you really do feel how large this home is perfect for trip to Lake Arrowhead.

The views are quite stunning which is what initially captured my attention to this Arrowhead home. We do use this property not only for rental purposes but our own family trips so it does not feel like a typical rental that may have been neglected.
