The vacationrow house—Vacation Village 35A—with a south-west-facing terrace offers 64 square meters of family-friendly Baltic Sea vacation comfort. The cozy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, a TV, a stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a shower room and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished south-west-facing terrace, which includes a grill. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a closet, as well as a shower room with a sink, hair dryer, and toilet. A washing machine is available for free use. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a second TV, and a crib. A guest restroom is also available on this floor. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a crib.
This non-smoking house can accommodate up to 6 people. A free parking space is available directly at the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available in public areas nearby. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to batteries for e-bikes and pedelecs (under supervision).
