Relax right next to the forest & 750 meters from the beach
Relax in the beautiful Lübeck Bay, located right next to the forest and just 750 meters from the beach. Kellenhusen has plenty to offer dog lovers. There are 3 dog-friendly beaches and an off-leash area just 300 meters away, right in the woods. You can take your partner, children, or dog on beautiful walks through the woods or along the water’s edge and the beach. Pure relaxation.
The small vacation complex “Am Walde” (consisting of 10 houses and 5 apartments) also features its own dog playground (a 1.25-meter-high electric fence with toys and a slalom course) and, of course, a children’s playground, so that both two-legged and four-legged friends can have fun and relax—
Enjoy nature in this vacation unit… with a view of the beautiful trees from your terrace or from the bedrooms. This unit includes one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and one bedroom with a children’s bunk bed (85x195 cm), as well as a cozy living room with a new kitchen and a charming bathroom with a shower.
You’re welcome to bring your dog, but dogs must be kept on a leash to ensure everyone’s comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with a Senseo pod coffee maker, dishwasher, convection microwave, ceramic cooktop, and the usual basic set of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
You can also rent bicycles and SUPs (stand-up paddleboards) from us (subject to availability).
Notes:
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per unit (dogs must be kept on a leash both on our property and in the town/forest so that every guest can enjoy a relaxing vacation).
- Charging station / wallbox: We have a private, fee-based charging station for our guests in our central parking lot. (Max. charging power: 11 kW)
Note regarding bed linens/towels and visitor’s tax:
- These are not automatically included in the booking. You can either bring your own or book them for a fee. Bed linens cost 12€ per person and towels cost 6€ per person.
- The visitor’s tax is billed separately on-site at a rate of 3.50€ per day per adult.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Wald. Für 4 Personen würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen, zumindest für eine längere Zeit von 1 bis 2 Wochen. Im Badezimmer würde ich mir mehr Ablagefläche wünschen und in der schonen großen ebenerdige Dusche eine Ablage für Shampoo usw. Ansonsten sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man fühl sich wohl. Vielen Dank.

Zweckmäßige Ausstattung,sauber und gemütlich.Vermieter reagiert sofort wenn es Probleme gibt oder man ein Anliegen hat. Die Anlage liegt perfekt zwischen Wald und Strand. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden.Sollte es nochmals Richtung Kellenhusen gehen wird dies mein erster Anlaufpunkt sein.
