This is a great location in Munich. Spacious and loved having a balcony. Communication was poor - had to ask multiple times for check in instructions and did not receive until we were on the way to the apartment. Did not like that there is no AC.

The check in process was very difficult. Communication was very difficult as well. Once we finally got the code we needed to check in, it didn’t work. We had to wait an hour and a half for someone to come out and provide a manual key to door. The door looked like it had been damaged pretty severely. Almost as if it had been broken into

The apartment was in a great location and had plenty of room. That’s about where the positives end. The check in process was very bad and not communicated well at all. The app worked great it was finding the apartment that was an issue. I re-read the listing and it made sense in hindsight, but whilst traveling to a new location it would be helpful to clearly communicate how to located the apartment in the building. Also, I’m used to Airbnb and VRBO hosts having some basics, like bottled water and coffee for the guests. This apartment had the bare minimum. Nothing against the apartment or location, because they are fantastic. Improving some of the communication and some of the little extras for this stay would go a very long ways.

Awesome spot to stay in Munich!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was great--very clean and tidy. It was SO close to the market and so many of the Munich sights we wanted to see. Perfect location to be able to walk/bike to whatever you want. We'd definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Great space for kids and local to city center

The appartment is awesome the two bathrooms and bedrooms make it a great stay for the whole family. There is even a box of toys for the kids to play with. The location is 5 mims from the central market and 8 min walk to the train station. We will be staying here again!

Check in was very easy. The apartment was clean, very well appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk all over the city. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and it was nice to have two modern bathrooms. My sons really enjoyed the large television and comfortable couch in the living room. It was nice to have the balcony which looks on to a quiet courtyard. We would definitely stay at this lovely apartment again.
