This newly updated home has three dedicated bedrooms. The primary suite offers a queen bed with private bathroom, which is great for those who need extra privacy or who won rock-paper-scissors. The second bedroom has another queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full / full bunkbed that is a huge hit with the kids. There is also a second full bathroom. Lastly, the white sofa in the main living room has a pull-out section that, while large enough for an adult, is perfect to throw a kid or two on.

Family Friendly:
As parents of 4, we love our family time and have weekly game nights. The pantry has been turned into a large game / puzzle closet, and we hope you take advantage of spending time with your friends and family.

-5 minutes to downtown Greer
-10 minutes to GSP and I-85
-20 minutes to downtown Greenville
-30 minutes to downtown Spartanburg

Great spot. Was perfect for our family well in town visiting grandma. Nice private area at the end of a dead end street.

This house had everything you might need laundry soap zip lock bags coffee garbage bags vacuum to clean , shower pressure was amazing, you feel right at home not to mention you get to park your car in the garage at night. I will be returning to this property!!

At first glance, the neighborhood seemed sketchy, then we got to the house at the end of the street and felt instant relief to find this well maintained, very clean house. It was roomy, had comfortable couches, good internet and a great coffee bar.all the appliances were up to date including the washer and dryer. It was all you can ask for from a VRBO host. Quick communication as well. The neighborhood turned out to be a non issue as well. It was very quiet especially with the house being tucked in the way it was.

We needed a place to stay while my son was in the hospital, and this was the perfect place to feel comfortable during such a stressful time. It was very clean, quiet, and welcoming. Our host was pleasant and communicated quickly, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay in the Greer home. It was clean, stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials and had a closet full of games. It was located at the end of a quiet woodsy street and about 20 minutes from downtown Greenville. We would definitely stay again if in town.

This was a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful wooded lot in the backyard. The hosts were very easy to work with and were very kind. We will certainly try to stay here again if possible. Plenty of items for your stay and a full pantry closet full of games to play with whomever you are staying with. The kitchen is fully supplied with anything you could need to cook and need for your stay, same for the bathrooms and laundry area. This is probably one of the better supplied houses we have stayed at. Overall a great experience and certainly a great place to stay and relax. Thanks to the host and you will not regret staying here.

There was room for our whole family in this super-comfortable and convenient home. Our kids loved the bunk bed, and we were grateful for the plastic cups and plates for the little ones. We ate nearly all of our meals at the house, and the kitchen was well-provisioned with all the prep and cooking implements we needed. Parking and loading up in the garage was a fantastic benefit! The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for long walks.

Rented this property for some family in town for my wedding. They appreciated the seasonal decorations and the coffee bar and said the beds were clean. Communication with the host was easy. We will definitely consider renting again or recommending if friends or family need a place to stay when visiting.
