Welcome to our relaxed, family-friendly home in beautiful Gulf Harbour on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula.

This is our real family home — warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for everyday living. We open it up so other families can enjoy the space just as we do.

Sleeping Arrangements
1 bedroom with a queen bed
1 bedroom with twin beds (can convert to double)
1 bedroom with bunk beds (best suited for children)

Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.

For larger families (6+ guests), we can open an additional master bedroom with ensuite — see pricing details below.

Base rate includes up to 4–5 guests using the 3 bedrooms

The master bedroom + ensuite is opened for bookings of 6 or more guests

One bedroom has bunk beds and is designed for children

What we love most is the relaxed holiday feel: marina views, beautiful beaches nearby, coastal walks, playgrounds for the kids, and a real sense of space. It’s the kind of place where mornings start slowly with a coffee in the sun, days can be spent exploring the coast or out on the water, and evenings feel calm and quiet.

It’s also incredibly convenient — close to shops, cafés, ferries, golf courses, and family attractions, while feeling tucked away from the rush of city life. For us, Gulf Harbour feels like a hidden gem, and we love sharing that experience with guests.
