The cabin was super cute and comfortable and worked out perfect for our visit for attending my niece’s graduation from Texas State. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

The home was clean and very comfortable for three adults. We really appreciated all the little touches (I.e. water bottles in the fridge, hair ties in the bathroom, extra blankets, etc.). The house is only about 10 minutes from San Marcos center so very convenient, yet quiet and a perfect place to relax after a day on the river!

We really enjoyed our stay. We needed a place to rest after outdoor excursion and hang out after the heat. My daughter has her orientation at Texas State so it was just right for family bonding and sharing. Great job with the conversion. Another thing, it felt like home and there was so much privacy which was surprising. Loved it and will stay again when I come visit my daughter.

The property was very nice. It’s on someone else property. I went out for a walk at 9 am and was attacked by 4 dogs who were not fenced in at all. I had to scream for help. If you stay here do not go walking around.

This place was GREAT! Wonderful experience from start to finish. We just needed a place to stay really quick close to the river and this fit our need perfectly. Very cool “tiny home” vibe. Very clean, nice hosts.
