The small village of Fergitz is ideal for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Stay on the edge of a unique natural setting, just a short walk from Lake Oberuckersee, whose excellent water quality makes it perfect for swimming. Our house is located at the edge of the village, facing the lake.

The light-filled attic apartment (80 square meters) features a large, glass-enclosed bay window with French doors leading to the terrace (20 square meters). The beautiful view of the natural surroundings stretching all the way to the lake is perfect for unwinding. The large, spacious property (3,000 square meters) offers plenty of room for relaxation, activities, and play.

Open-concept kitchenette with all modern conveniences. Bathroom with tub and shower; the washing machine is also located there. Large, bright bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a small desk. Additional bedroom with a single bed. Crib available upon request. Pets allowed upon inquiry.

The house has been renovated and remodeled in recent years. It consists of 2 separate apartments. The vacation rental offered here is located on the upper floor and is accessible via the staircase.

Not far away in Potzlow, 5 km down a farm road, is a nice supermarket (5 km). You can find excellent organic-quality food at the Flieth regional store (5 km), Gut Temmen (10 km), and Gut Kerkow (20 km), run by the well-known chef Sarah Wiener.

Home-style cooking is served at the Kastanienhof in Flieth (5 km), while fine dining is available at the Huberhof in Seehausen (7 km). Freshly caught fish can be found in Lindenhagen at Trellert and in Angermünde. On weekends, the “Große Garten” in Gerswalde opens its doors.

Supermarkets, discount stores, shops, a home improvement store, etc., can be found in Prenzlau. You’ll also find the nearest gas station there, as well as in Angermünde and Templin.
