Lovingly Furnished Apartment (42 m²) with a Fully Equipped Kitchen and a Beautiful View of the Garden

Our newly renovated and refurnished apartment offers 42 square meters of space for up to 2 people. We have designed this accommodation to be cozy and inviting. It is a tastefully furnished vacation rental that is centrally located yet quiet. The apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed featuring two mattresses; the foot of the bed is open. The sofa is perfect for cozy evenings. There is a flat-screen cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to a microwave, there is also a refrigerator in the apartment. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. A washing machine is also available. Wi-Fi is included, and pets are allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment offers free parking and is located in an area where you can enjoy activities such as hiking and skiing. You’ll also have a beautiful view of the garden. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. Please pay the remaining balance at least 10 days before arrival to our bank account or in cash on-site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (or by arrangement); check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed—surcharge: 20.00 EUR per pet. The visitor’s tax of 3.50 EUR per person per night (ages 16 and up) will be charged separately on-site. Towels and bed linens are not included in the room rate and can either be brought by guests or booked as an add-on for a flat rate of 15.00 EUR per person for the entire stay.
