Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Carrollton house. With two queen beds and one king bed, guests enjoy plenty of space to relax. The house features two and a half bathrooms, where two are equipped with a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Step inside to find a brilliant living area where comfort meets style, perfect for unwinding after a day. The location is a perfect spot close to downtown, Carrollton High School, University of West Ga, and Tanner Medical Center. Carrollton's amazing Greenbelt is within walking distance along with Longview Park if you are interested in playing Pickleball or walking your dog. Across town is easily accessed on the nearby bypass. Lakeshore Park is a beautiful place to explore with lots of family activities. The Cozy Nook is perfect whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning or gathering with friends, the tranquil atmosphere makes every moment special. You're sure to make terrific memories with a stay at our place.

One of the coziest rentals I’ve stayed in. Felt right at home. The owners have thought of every single detail so that you can just show up and relax. Great location with easy access to all local needs. Beds were very comfortable. Home was absolutely spotless and had everything we’d need. Would stay here again without question

This home was immaculate upon arrival with many small touches that made it feel so homey. The rooms and beds were super comfortable and it seemed like our hostess thought of everything! There is even a little make up room upstairs, the refrigerator has a water dispenser inside the door which refills when door is closed again, and the refrigerator has so much room! We had two couples doing genealogy research in the city, and our stay there was so much more pleasant at this lovely home. New build and very well laid out. The 3 bedrooms were all very private from one another and the city road it is on was extremely quiet, which we are used to from living in the country. Just an all over quality stay. Our little dog was also welcome to stay but we decided to leave him with our son. Got to speak with our hostess who was working next door, which was really nice.
