Exceptionally appointed four bedroom house all en-suite with power showers. which can accommodate 9 guests comfortably. Large sitting room, separate living room, spacious fully equipped modern kitchen.
Conveniently located only a 3 minute walk to Killarney town centre, bus and train station. Enclosed private parking for 3 cars and complimentary WIFI

Bedroom 1: Double bed( 4ft.6) en-suite with power shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed (5ft.) en-suite with power shower.

Located within a short walk of all of the amenities that Killarney has to offer. Adjacent to Killarney Bus & Train stations and is within a 5 minute walk of Killarney National Park. Just a short stroll away is the many shops, bars and restaurants that Killarney is famous for. Killarney is easily reached via rail, road and air. Complimentary WIFI

The property was very nice and clean, with parking included. The location is great for walking into the town for dinner and shopping. Eileen communicated everything very clearly - she was very responsive and helpful.

This VRBO is hands down one of the best properties we have rented on this site! It is meticulously appointed, comfortable and just right for a family who wants to tour during the day and be together at night. It is steps away from all of the fun in Killarney and has plenty of room to spread out and take a breather. The host, Eileen, called right after we arrived to make sure all was well, and was a phone call away throughout our stay. We had some weather interfere with our plans - which was tough given that we were traveling with my 77 year old mother- and Eileen allowed us to adjust our stay in the least impactful way possible. Above and beyond. Cannot recommend this property or this host enough! We are grateful.

This is a first class property. Everything is brand new and it is very well furnished and equipped. The host really has thought of everything. Great location a couple of minutes walk to the town centre. Ample parking at the back which is unusual for something so central. Great communication from the host who could not have been more helpful. Comfortably sleeps 9 across four good bedrooms. Bathrooms all brand new too. Generous welcome pack included. Overall very highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in downtown Killarney. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.We were a group of 8, and the layout worked perfectly for us. The two separate living areas gave everyone plenty of space to relax, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom was a huge bonus. The house was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated throughout. Having the private parking lot area was a necessity as well and it was great! I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Killarney, especially larger groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location.

The property is one of the best I’ve stayed at. Fantastic location that is close to everything. Parking space is plenty. The property is beautiful and every room has its own bathroom and shower and the kitchen is very well-equipped. On top of that, Eileen is such a responsive and sweet host. The morning of checking we realized that we never mentioned we have two small children in the family that would benefit from cribs. I messaged her in the morning and when we showed up at the property, she had everything ready, including two cribs, kids toys, kids bathing supplies, training potty, kids books etc. I would highly recommend this property. 10/10!

The house is really clean and well furnished. Walking distance to downtown Killarney with numerous pubs, restaurants, and shops within a 5 minute walk. Our family had a great time in Killarney and this property made us feel like we were at home.
