Wonderful stay!

Fantastic location for access to the mountains and the beach. Walking distance to town. Welcomed with a bottle of local homemade wine, grapes from the property, and homemade olive oil from the olive..

A delight

Driving through town and up to the property on narrow twisty streets was scary, but once we made it, we had a wonderfully peaceful stay and enjoyed walking down to town every day.

Connecting back with nature

The Tropical studio was everything we expected and more. The property was exactly as described. Communication with Maria and Oliver was friendly easy and always informative. Responses were always prompt, From the initial booking and throughout our stay. There was also a multi lingual information pack advising on everything from local pharmacy and doctors, to suggestions for beaches, restaurants and excursions amongst other things. The studio was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Outside the studio in the spacious garden we had our own tables chairs and loungers as well as barbecue facilities with wood and fire lighters available. The pool area is clean, well kept, and fenced off to protect little ones. The pool area has more than enough loungers for everyone and also parasols. The pool it’s self is a good size and a welcome sight on a hot day. You can take walks directly from the property with views over the hills and valleys that are simply breathtaking the market town of Orgiva is just 10 minutes away on foot where there are a choice of restaurants, bars, cafes etc. Or you can stay around the studio and bask in the calm and serenity of your surroundings. A visit to the many Hill towns for food or simply sightseeing is well worthwhile and the views there and on the way are spectacular We hired a car from Caramba Car as recommended by Oliver and Maria and the service from the was 1st class. Thanks to you both for helping making our holiday perfect.

Un trocito de paraiso

El apartamento está muy cuidado y con multitud de detalles. Las vistas preciosas y el jardin muy agradable. Nos recibió Maria y nos dio información útil acerca de lo que buscábamos. Recomendaré el lugar.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Motorradanhänger, das Auto und das Motorrad fanden einen guten Parkplatz. Das Studio war etwas kleiner als wir es uns von den Bildern vorgestellt hatten, aber der Platz war optimal genutzt, es war alles da. Das Sofa und der Sekretär für den Laptop waren spitze. Das Bett weich und angenehm. Schade nur, dass es keinen Dunstabzug gab, denn wir haben jeden Tag gekocht. Der WLAN-Empfang und die Heizmöglichkeit mit Aircondition waren sehr gut. Der große Garten mit dem weiten Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Talseite hat uns auch begeistert. Ebenso der Mirador oberhalb des Geländes, der in 15 min. zu erreichen war und Ausblick zu allen Seiten bot. Granada und die Küste sind nur 50 min. entfernt. Den schönen Pool haben wir wegen zu kalt gar nicht genutzt. Aber es war ja auch März.

Perfekt!

Wir waren insgesamt 18 Nächte im Tropical Studio bei Oliver und Maria. Der Empfang der beiden war herzlich und locker. Die Atmosphäre über die ganzen Ferien war gigantisch locker. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber authentisch und ausreichend für 2 Personen. Inventar ist ebenso vorhanden. Der Gartenbereich ist Mega toll und unsere 2 Hunde hatten richtig freude daran, Grill Möglichkeiten gibt es auch. Der Pool ist ebenso klasse wie die ganze Umgebung. Die Anlage ist über Orgiva und man hat einen klasse ausblick über das dorf über Das Dorf. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind genial. Wenn Fragen sind sind die Gastgeber jederzeit für einen da geben auskunft und tipps. Das dorf Orgiva ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderung oder Städtetrips. Ach ja das Eigen produzierte Olivenöl ist gigantisch. Die Bäume dazu wachsen unteranderem im Garten. Seit sehr langer zeit hatten wir nicht so tolle Ferien wie diese. Ganz klar 10/10 Punkte. Wir werden so schnell es geht wieder kommen.

Nice Studio

Good compact studio on the outskirts of Orgiva but within walking distance of the town. The owner lives on site and is readily available for any questions but generally leaves you alone to enjoy your holiday.

Catching up with our daughter.

Liked where the property is with lovely views across the valley. We did use the impressive pool and very glad of it as it was so hot. Our visit was to see our daughter for the first time in two years and four months so we were out and about quite a lot so found the property to be a good base.

Warming winter holiday in Tropical Studio

Perfectly situated on sunny hillside, only a short walk above the village. Reception very welcoming and helpful for any extra equipment or walking suggestions. Plenty of space to seek a comfortable position in the large garden. Dark and silent nights, just the way we were hoping for. Easily heated by the airco. Used the sleeper/sofa as our second bed, very nice solution if you don't like to share a bed. A place we would certainly recommend to our friends. We would like to discover other seasons too!

Une vue magnifique du jardin, un logement où rien ne manque, très confortable bref un endroit où la semaine est passée trop vite ! Et nous n'oublions pas les propriétaires hyper sympathiques et très discrets.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Eine grüne Oase mit toller Aussicht, ein schöner sauberer Pool zum erfrischen und ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio. Für uns hat hier alles gepasst. Die Lage ist optimal für Besorgungen, zum essen gehen oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und dennoch wunderbar ruhig gelegen. In der Infomappe standen viele Anregungen unter anderem wo man gut isst, die wir leider nicht alle geschafft haben. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gern wieder, wenn Andalusien nochmal unser Reiseziel ist.

Beautiful and luxurious studio apartment

An absolutely gorgeous place to visit - picturesque, unspoilt and the most amazing views! The apartment was perfect - very clean, we felt like the first guests to stay there! Really comfortable bed - slept very well indeed! Our hosts couldn't do enough for us, they were very kind and helpful - fluent in Spanish, English and German. They helped us to find the best local shops and bars in Orgiva and the surrounding towns. The grounds are beautiful - we felt at ease staying by the pool and enjoying the sun. We are definitely coming back and will be bringing our friends. Thank you for a perfect holiday!!!

HA SIDO UN REGALO PARA MI CUERPO Y MI MENTE, LAS CARACTERÍSTICAS QUE OFRECEN EN EL ANUNCIO COINCIDEN PERFECTAMENTE CON LO QUE ALLÍ HE DISFRUTADO. ein echter Traum

In den letzten 1,5 Jahren war ich drei Mal bei Oli und Maria. Ich bin jedes Mal überwältigt von der Atmosphäre ,der Gastfreundschaft. Die Unterkünfte sind unglaublich sauber,sehrbgeschmackvoll renoviert und liebevoll vorbereitet. Ich fühle mich zwischenzeitlich wie zu Hause. Alle Fragen werden beantwortet,dennoch ist die Betreuung sehr diskret.Ich kann das Studio unbedingt empfehlen,gerade wenn man mal alleine reist.Dieser Platz macht süchtig.Die Wandermöglichkeitenb(auch Anschluss zu örtlichen Wandergruppen )sind vielfältig.Empfehlenswert istbdie Massage von Maria.Sobald ich kann komme ich wieder.Vielen Dank liebe Gastgeber.Bleibt wie ihr seid.

Great relaxing stay

Very sweet studio, comfortable bed, very clean and cozy. Oliver and Maria are wonderful hosts. Great views of Orgiva and the mountains around. Every morning we picked oranges directly from the trees outside our door, orange juice will never taste the same! While making an overnight escape to Cordoba we forgot to take our passports and could not get into our hotel. Oliver saved the trip by copying and e-mailing a copy of the passports to the hotel, Oliver went way above and beyond his duty as a host. We'll remember our stay with fond memories.
