Great place for a big family. Plenty of room, great kitchen, nice game room in the basement, awesome hot tub and the theater room was a big hit with the family. Boat dock was also popular for fishing, swimming and they have a couple of kayaks as well. Parking out front was adequate. Great place!

This house is fantastic! We brought our company for an annual retreat and enjoyed every aspect: the big windows with beautiful views, the huge dining table and common area, the movie theater and game room, the spacious kitchen, and the boat dock. It's a nice quiet spot while still being close to all the area attractions – we were thrilled to find it.

Superhost and a beautiful property in a great location. It's our first time on the Niangua Branch, and we loved it, as it was far less commercial and more residential —and we loved it.

The home was wonderful. The owners were great to deal with. We had a very enjoyable time there. They were just one or two small items with the AC, but the owner had somebody there within an hour and resolved the problem. All in all, it was a fabulous rental and they're great people to deal with.

The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and utensils.The hosts were very easy to communicate with, readily available and very informative.They were quick to respond. We had an initial issue with the Wi-Fi and they were available and there to fix it within the hour.The house is very spacious, and our group had a very nice time.

The property had plenty of space for all of our party. Great doc and Lake access a real nice area for eating and cooking. Our only issues were Wi-Fi was bad. A lot of the blinds didn’t quite work. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. The room should’ve had more queen and king size beds versus double but other than that, we will probably come back.

Making Memories!!

Our family loved staying here over the July 4th Holiday weekend. The house has perfect access to the lake, beautiful accommodations, lots of activities, and provided the best view of multiple fireworks displays!

The kitchen is well stocked with items needed, such as crockpots, big mixing bowls, muffin pans etc. Great for all age groups. Theater room is very nice!

This house had everything we needed for a friends and family extended weekend. It’s in a beautiful spot on the lake. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and quick at responding. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Lake weekend

Loved the location on Big Island! House was spacious and met all of our needs. Having boat rental drop-off and pick-up by Jeff Shore was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.
