Tropical Southern Exposure Heated Pool Home in the Heart of Cape Coral
Welcome to this tropical paradise! From the first step inside you feel relaxed and home, with one look around you can see the style and beauty this home has! Everything you need is here and it is comfortable and roomy! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large lanai/pool area!! The yard is fenced and the neighborhood is lovely! We have corn hole to play outside and some floats when you are ready to jump into the heated pool! Inside you have a large open fully stocked kitchen with plenty of seating for all. A large comfortable couch with everything you need to relax and spend time with the family. All three bedrooms are as pictured with a king in the master and the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the home, one has a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds. This home is new to VRBO so we don't have the reviews yet but we do manage a lot of other homes so no worries we are here to take care of anything you might need during your stay!!
Remember Location Location Location!! This feels tucked away yet it is close to everything. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are less then 30 min. away. The airport is about 30 minutes away as well. When it comes to eating out you have many restaurants around that are close but you can also go 10 minutes either way and have even more options! Down town Ft Myers, Downtown Cape Coral and shopping galore!! It's also convenient when you first arrive with Publix, Aldi and Walmart all within minutes of this home. The location couldn't be more convenient! If you want to go to the movies or go bowling or even go to the craft store! It's all within minutes!!

The house was in the perfect location. It was close to the local beaches as well as several restaurants. The house was clean and was well stocked with what you’d need for your stay. We’d definitely stay again!

Ms.Jill is very responsive. The place is clean, pool is amazing. We literally spend our afternoons in the lanai & pool. The neighborhood is quiet, really close to town and beach. We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in & check out. I highly recommend this rental!

Overall, we loved the rental and would love to come back next year. Extremely well decorated and equipped for a rental. Great quiet neighborhood and location near grocery shopping.Overall, this a fabulous rental and we have been renting Florida homes for the past 18 years and this was one of the best rentals.The pool size is large 14' x 28' and heated to 87 degrees. Last but most importantly the property manager was outstanding. Easy to reach and responsive to our needs.

Hier hat alles zu 100% gepasst. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufen kann man prima bei Walmart, der ist zur Not fußläufig erreichbar. Bei den Temperaturen im September nimmt man aber besser das Auto :) oder lässt sich mit einem Uber fahren, das ist recht günstig. Die Betten sind gemütlich, das Haus sehr gut klimatisiert. Für bis zu 6 Personen ist wirklich ausreichend Raum da, sich wohl zu fühlen.Der Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Egal ob nur Erwachsene oder Familien mit Kindern, hier kann jeder glücklich werden. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich mit ein paar kalten Getränken auch sehr gut aushalten. Der Deckenventilator sorgt für einen angenehmen Luftstrom.Das einzige, was ich mir noch gewünscht hâtte, wäre ein Bluetooth-Lautsprecher für ein bisschen Musik. Sollte ich wieder nach Cape Coral kommen, ist das für mich auf jeden Fall die erste Adresse!

This home has a great living space and outdoor pool area! It's really elegant feeling and the living space is open yet also cozy so you don't feel like you are in this wide open space but there is so much room. The decor is the key and it really has been put together beautifully! It really is a great home.
