Great location, helpful and chill host. Was a great spot to stay when you’re looking for a home base in the center of it all. Walking distance to Times Square, broadway, library, Central Park.

The place was good and clean. We had a great stay. Good and regular communications for easy check-in and check-out. The best was the location. Close to great places in New York and easy to get to. Was a good experience overall.

If a worry free stay is what you are looking for, AVOID THIS HOST AT ALL COSTS.Upon arrival to the property, I met with the property manager. We take two steps into the advertised unit, and there is a contractor doing work. Apparently the walls were being painted so we were no longer able to stay in the unit that was advertised. I only chose this unit due to a recent positive review. They then offered the unit next door. The unit next door had LIVE ROACHES AND MICE, and god knows what else. The mattresses were lumpy. The shower was dirty. There were at least 10 live roach sightings. These properties are a classic case of lipstick on a pig. I relayed every concern to the host and was told "Let me discuss with my cohost" on multiple occasions, with no resolution for any of the issues. The hosts couldn't care less, and the quality of your stay will be affected accordingly. They offered a measly 20% credit, which is unacceptable given the conditions of the unit next door. Based on findings, i would not be surprised if all of the units had roaches and mice. It was a disgusting nightmare and I am so thankful to be home in my own bed.

Mixed stay – Property needs updatingWhile communication with the property manager was good both before and during our stay, the property itself was quite disappointing.The photos on the website make the place look much nicer than it actually is. In reality, it is outdated and in need of major renovation, particularly regarding the paint, electrical fixtures, and bathroom. Additionally, because the apartment is on the 9th Avenue and fitted with older, non-insulated windows, it was very noisy, and we had to sleep with earplugs every night ! Overall, given the actual condition of the property compared to how it is presented online, we found it significantly overpriced. But it looks to be quite common in NY !
