As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere with an open-concept layout that encourages togetherness. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, allowing everyone to stay connected while preparing meals, watching a movie, playing games, or simply spending time together. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and cheerful space throughout the day.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. We had a wonderful stay! The Vrbo stay was very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with brand-new appliances that made our stay even more comfortable. The backyard was also a great bonus — nice, spacious, and perfect for relaxing.The host was incredibly responsive to answer any questions we had, which made everything easy and stress-free. Check-in and check-out were simple and seamless as well.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A very nice house, very comfortable, excellent amenities, and a very kind host. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for cooking and grilling and the furniture was all nice (and beds super comfortable!)

In a state of an emergency, Janet was so gracious for accepting my family and I during a time of crisis. We were mentally and emotionally wrecked due to the Garden Grove evacuation incident. Janet was so kind to accept us and our pets when no one else would. Not only was she kind and understanding of our situation. Her home was a safe haven and beautifully well kept. It had everything we needed from the kitchen appliances, local restaurants and grocery stores near by. The amount of space for those of us who work from home was perfect. Including the amount of space we needed for 4 vehicles. I can’t thank you enough for your support during a time of need.

The house is beautifully landscaped The kitchen and living room is an open airy space over looking a beautiful backyard. It’s decorated very nice. The kitchen had coffee & tea available for guests which has modern small appliances . The master bedroom has a sliding door that also faces the yard. It has plenty of room with great closet space and drawers. The freeway, restaurants, and stores are nearby. We weren’t able to spend time relaxing and enjoying its beauty since we were busy with my Dad’s Celebration of Life. We would definitely stay there again.

We were disappointed with our experience. While the property itself had positives, it was not ready at the time of our scheduled check-in, which was frustrating after arriving and expecting access to a prepared home.After our stay, the host requested an additional guest fee that we did not believe was clearly disclosed in the booking price or reflected when comparing reservations with different numbers of guests, despite us remaining within the property’s stated maximum occupancy. We attempted to resolve the issue directly and even agreed to pay half of the requested amount as a compromise. Ultimately, the dispute was not resolved in a way we felt was fair.We understand that misunderstandings can happen, but the overall handling of the situation left us frustrated and we would not choose to stay at this property again.

Jessica, we’re very disappointed to receive a 2-star review, especially because we believe some important details were misrepresented. Your scheduled check-in time was 4:00 PM, and our records show that you unlocked the door at 4:02 PM. The home was therefore available at your scheduled check-in time. Your reservation was made for 2 guests, but after the stay, you confirmed that 4 guests actually stayed at the property. Our additional guest fee is based on the number of guests who stay, regardless of whether the total remains within the home’s maximum occupancy. We attempted to resolve this with you directly. VRBO has also confirmed that the remaining balance is still owed. Unfortunately, you have declined to pay it. We understand that misunderstandings can happen, but we feel it is important for future guests to have an accurate understanding of what occurred. We strive to be fair and transparent with all of our guests and will continue to do our best to provide a positive experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The entire home is wonderfully spacious, from the well-sized rooms and a large kitchen to the convenient garage, which made unloading our luggage a breeze. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensils, along with a great Smeg applicances for the coffee and tea station to start our mornings right. Everything was spotless and exceptionally comfortable and supportive for our senior dog. It felt like an oasis! The property is so convenient with easy access to the freeway and local stores. On top of that, the host (Janet) was very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to every message. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!
