Everything is within easy walking distance. A restaurant serving traditional Baden cuisine and featuring an outdoor dining area is located downstairs in the building. The Seepark (recreational area) is about a 2–3-minute walk away. Tram stops (Betzenhausertorplatz or Paduaallee—Line 1) are only about a 2–3-minute walk away. Our 10 rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished and feature a shower/toilet, cable TV with unlimited viewing, free Wi-Fi, and one complimentary soda per person. The “New SC Freiburg Soccer Stadium” is easily accessible on foot in about 15–20 minutes.
Our 10 comfortably furnished rooms are ideally suited for 1–3 people. The double beds can also be separated for single occupancy and all feature high-quality mattresses. Modern bathrooms with shower/toilet, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, and bath towels. All rooms are spacious and feature free Wi-Fi, cable color TV, and windows that can be darkened with roller shades; some rooms have a covered balcony (otherwise, there is a small communal balcony at the end of the hallway—perfect for a relaxing cigarette. A table and seating are provided). Chairs and tables—for example, for writing—as well as large full-length mirrors are provided. As a welcome gesture, one bottle of mineral water per person is provided free of charge in your room.
