In July 2020, our architect-designed vacation home, built using a timber-frame construction with locally sourced woods, was completed. Eco-friendly wooden homes are free of toxins and particularly suitable for people with allergies. The light-filled two-room house, measuring over 60 square meters and featuring a private terrace and garden with old fruit trees, is situated in a completely quiet and secluded location on the western edge of the village of Törwang, with views of the Hochries, the Heuberg, and the Inn Valley. The house has a bedroom with a stunning view of the Heuberg (bed: 180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower and toilet (and underfloor heating), and a large living room with a pull-out couch (featuring a high-quality spring mattress) that comfortably sleeps 2 additional guests, a designer kitchenette, and large panoramic windows facing east, south, and west. Electric blinds are installed on all windows. The house is located on a dead-end street; aside from the occasional tractor passing by, there is virtually no traffic, making it absolutely peaceful. On the large, secluded terrace, we have lounge chairs, chairs, a table, and a parasol, and you can watch the many birds and the wonderful natural surroundings—it’s the perfect place to lose track of time and recharge your batteries.<br> Unique location with unobstructed panoramic mountain views, a private garden, custom-built furniture, and many biking and hiking trails right at your doorstep. Charging station for electric cars and e-bikes powered by our own solar energy. High-quality amenities (custom-built kitchen with dishwasher, underfloor heating in the bathroom, oak parquet flooring). Panoramic windows facing east, south, and west. The apartment is furnished with custom-built and designer furniture. The energy-efficient house is constructed from local woods and is completely free of harmful substances.
