Haus Elbstrom, Apartment 23, 330 m from the beach This 2-room vacation apartment near the beach is located on the first floor and is therefore also very well suited for seniors.

The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area in a bay window and a kitchenette including a 2-zone ceramic cooktop and range hood, a bedroom (double bed at a comfortable height), and a shower/toilet. The patio door and the bedroom window are equipped with electric exterior shutters. A lockable basement storage room is available for your bicycles, handcarts, etc.

The vacation apartment is fully tiled. You can park your car in an underground parking space reserved for the apartment. Unfortunately, the underground garage is not accessible to larger cars, SUVs, or similar vehicles. Public parking is available near Haus Elbstrom.
A washing machine and dryer are available on-site for a fee. Haus Elbstrom is located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly across from the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained spa park, which features a small animal zoo and a large adventure playground.


The sandy beach, the Kugelbake—where the “dream ships” and the big “boats” pass by within arm’s reach—and the “Spielkiste” are all about a 2-minute walk away. The Grünstrand, the Döse beach house with its pirate ship, Fort Kugelbake, spa facilities, a spa doctor, a dialysis center, a mini-golf course, various shopping options, and restaurants are also nearby.
At low tide, you can walk for hours in the mudflats—perhaps even all the way to the shipping channel—or explore the area. A highlight for shell collectors of all ages!

Visitor’s tax
As a rental property owner or agency, we are obligated, on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven, to collect the applicable visitor’s tax and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towels package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
